she was completely alone; Rhaegar had snubbed her for Lyanna and then died, Aerys was holding her hostage to ensure the good behaviour of her uncle

then Lannister men killed her daughter and son in front of her, Gregor Clegane raped her and murdered her

their bodies were presented to Robert as a token of fealty
